PAYMENT ON DELIVERY

The payment on delivery service allows for a rapid and safe payment of the goods dispatched.
In the Transport Document and in the computer transmission of data, the sum must be clearly stated as well as the mode of payment; cheque, bank draft, cash. The methods of payment may be personalised depending on the personal requirements of the client.

DELIVERIES BY APPOINTMENT

The service requires a telephone or e-mail contact with the recipient for agreeing on the date and/or time of delivery. The telephone number and/or e-mail address are indicated on the Transport Document. This is a service which allows for advising the recipient of a dispatch before effecting the delivery, and to agree on the date and time. The appointment information is traced on the on-line Tiesse tracking system.

SCHEDULED DELIVERIES

This service allows for the management of the delivery on the date indicated by the client. Various types of fixed dates are foreseen: Delivery AT the agreed time / WITHIN the agreed time / AFTER the agreed time. The scheduled time must be indicated on the Transport Document and in the computer data transmission.
The service also includes the time-band and telephone notification, if required.

COLLECTION FROM DEPOT

This service allows for the consignee to collect the goods at one of our Distribution Points. The Transport Document must indicate the collection depot, the name of the person collecting it and the telephone number of the consignee. Management of payment on delivery is also included.

DELIVERY TO THE FLOOR - ON-SITE

This service allows for delivery to the floor - cellar at commercial outlets, companies, public administration premises, public premises.
The request for delivery to a specific floor and the telephone number of the consignee must be indicated on the Transport Document, and contact will be made to agree the date and time of delivery.

DELIVERY WITH TAIL-LIFT

We have a vehicle fleet equipped with tail-lifts. To request this service, just indicate it on the Transport Document.

MANAGEMENT OF STOCK

The stock-holding service allows for communicating to the client, by e-mail in a rapid and precise manner, of impediments to deliveries with a request for instructions.

P.O.D.

The Proof of Delivery service makes the scanning of the Transport Document, signed by the consignee, available in PDF format to the client.
The service is available in the client area of the Tiesse on-line tracking system. The function allowing for an automatic sending of all PODs is available.

SUPERMARKET AND LARGE RETAIL ORGANIZATION SERVICE

Thanks to the notable distribution density, TIESSE offers a capillary and daily service to all supermarkets and GDO acceptance points. We manage the consignments by scheduled dates, load slots and by appointment, including the booking activities on internet portals.

The use of dedicated means which allow us to correctly manage any unloading queues.
The activities of re-palletising in the event of incorrect preparation of the pallet is available on request.
